Bodybuilding Is Fast And Easy: Advice For Girls Only
The boys screwed it all up, because they didnât take time to think, and instead started showing off.
Showing off, sometimes called ego lifting, or as I call it, âHey bruh, look how heavy I am lifting for 9 secondsâ.
Works! but only once, so whatever it is they are up to, will only work up to a certain point, and then have them hit a plateau.
They wonât know why, because they donât know they did it wrong, so theyâll just keep doing the same thing hoping for more that will never happen.
People who do it wrong every day, do adapt, because they add the âevery dayâ to doing it wrong, so they add something.
The most horrible thing about doing it wrong, is that too heavy means that they canât lift for long enough.
And if they wonât lift for long enough, they get stuck on a plateau.
I once tried to explain, that 30 pounds per hand for 15 seconds, has a meaningful equivalent somewhere in 5lb per hand range.
Where, they can lift fo long enough, but lifting heavy, also does nothing for their endurance.
And endurance, is what joggers figured out, what joggers made an art form out of.
So the 30 pounds per hand for 15 seconds person, has to go jogging, with dumbbellsâŚ
Until they build up an hourâs worth of endurance, at which point, I am concerned that someone will yell at me.
To people who lift 30 pounds, jogging with 3 or 5 pounds for an hour is aerobics.
They wont understand this is about building endurance, to lift light for long enough.
Even you can see how this explanation zig-zags, away from that notion of lift heavy to get big, heavier to get bigger.
And again joggers, reveal what bodybuilding is, but no one sees it, because joggers tent to go faster than add more wegiht.
But what you can see is their legs quickly adapting to lift their body, for one hour non stop, as they build up an hourâs worth of endurance.
A sacred ritual each jogger performs, by slowly eliminating rest.
So let us start the right way, from the beginning, here is what that looks like.
Get your body to Jog slowly, for one hour, watch your knees, and take your time to eliminate the rest periods.
When you can run for an hour non stop, donât try to go faster, but start jogging with dumbbells.
And again work your way up to that hour, use neoprene coated dumbbells, so that you donât stain your clothes with rust that forms from sweat.
When you are able to run for an hour with three pounds, switch to 5 pounds, and let your jogging body adapt to that.
And then switch to 7.5 pounds, which is a total of 15 pounds, and a lot of weight to carry, it will take a while to adapt to that.
Jogging with 7.5 pounds per hand, will do a lot for you, and usually this is where you come to the gym and dance.
Dancing while performing standing dumbbell exercises, is more than carrying dumbbells while jogging.
The three or four standing dumbbell exercises you can do while dancing, will affect your entire body, legs, abdominal, back, and arms.
It is a crazy powerful full body workout, because you constantly demand adaptation.
I made it up to 17.5 pounds per hand for two hours to pop music, and one more hour to slower country with 20 ponds per hand.
So I am dancing, with a total of 35-40 pounds for 3 hours 5 days a week.
I look exactly like that sounds, do not attempt.
There is a couple of trick you must follow, fresh music is a must, I now wear dinky wireless, but I miss my over the ear bass headphones.
It was easier to focus, and often I would wear earplugs, so that gym music wouldn't leak through.
And it is not just music, you need to move to it, ne beat up, next beat down.
This synchronization helps you enter a dance trance, you will need a nice distraction-free and horrible-smell-free gym.
And now, as you go up in weight, switch to slower music, 90âs country is a life saver.
But it is also important, to never go up by 2.5 lb per hand, and as you go up higher past 5lb, just use wrist weights to work your way up to 7.5.
It is just not possible for our bodies to go up from 5 pounds per hand, to 10 pounds per hand.
Stick with the 5 pound dumbbells, add an extra pound, and then 1.5 pouinds via wrist weights.
It is a lot easier to go 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, and then use the 7.5 dumbbells, you are not trying to crush your body.
You are asking your body to adapt, to a new challenging lifestyle of some extra dance pounds.
Here is the shortest possible advice, if you skipped to the end.
Lift light, though not so light that you can lift more, but please never lift so heavy that you are forced to stop.
You can see now, how jogging endurance is the secret driver behind all of this.
That hour long movement, is the base requirement, to build from, by dancing with eventually ever heavier dumbbells.
